Yes, we do require a few items, such as:

Adequate insurance coverage, i.e., comprehensive and collision. To prove this, you can bring a copy of your insurance or call your insurance company when you come to pick up the vehicle. If you don't have this insurance, no worries, you can still enjoy a traditional test drive.

Like any test drive, we will need to see a driver's license. In addition to your license, we need proof of liability insurance, and if you're taking advantage of the 24-hour test drive, you also need comprehensive and collision coverage.

Saskatchewan deliveries are free of charge to any location within the province. If you are requesting delivery to another province, there will be a small fee. To learn more, speak with a Customer Experience manager.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Our 30-day money-back policy is here to make those unfortunate rarities a stress-free process. We'll happily return your car if you experience major mechanical issues like engine or transmission failure.

There are some restrictions with the 30-day money-back, such as how many KMs are added to the vehicle, but as long as you have driven up to 1000 Kms from the time you left our lot, and the vehicle is in the same condition as when you purchased it, we will be happy to help you return it within 30 days.

It's easy! If your vehicle has Major mechanical issues such as Engine/Transmission failures, bring it back to FFUN Cars, we'll verify the car's condition, check the odometer (must be up to 1000 kms from the purchased milage), and if all checks out, we'll complete the return. Please note that it can take up to two weeks for your refund cheque to be mailed out.

If you used a vehicle with negative equity toward the purchase of your new vehicles, you would be required to repay it or finance it with a different vehicle based on approval. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. We do only allow one return per calendar year. Any additional ones will be looked at in a case-by-case situation.

Great question, this isn't an extended warranty, it's a standard warranty we provide on our vehicles to ensure they live up to our high standards when they drive off the lot.Included in the coverage are:

- ENGINE -- Cylinder block, heads, all internally lubricated engine parts, manifolds, timing gears, timing chain/belt, flywheel, oil pump and housing, water pump, harmonic balancer, OHC carriers and covers, valve covers, oil pan, engine mounts, turbocharger/supercharger housings, internal parts, valves, intercooler.

- DIESEL ENGINE -- All of the above listed parts, PLUS Diesel Fuel Injection Pump, Lines, Nozzles, Vacuum Pump.

- TRANSMISSION/TRANSAXLE -- Case (if damaged from within), All internally lubricated parts, Torque Converter, Transfer Case, Encoder Motor, Vacuum Modulator, Transmission Mount, Master Clutch Cylinder.

- FRONT/REAR WHEEL DRIVE -- Final Drive Housing, All Internal Parts, Axle Shafts & Bearings, Constant Velocity Joints, Axle Housing and All Internal Parts, Propeller Shafts, "U" Joints, Hub Bearing Assembly, Locking Hubs, and Supports.

Absolutely. We have multiple financing options for you and in addition to working with some of the big banks, we also have FFUN Cars Financing, a division of FFUN Motor Group. In most cases, it only takes a few minutes to get your vehicle financed and you on your way.

Just like any loan you apply for, financing your car does involve reviewing your credit report as part of the application. When getting vehicle financing, credit reporting systems recognize that it is most likely for comparison purposes, so all auto-related financing inquiries are considered one inquiry if they are done within 14-45 days.

Whether this is your first car or tenth, all FFUN Cars customers get the same experience, including car shopping convenience, non-commissioned salespeople, and no-haggle pricing.

When applying for a loan, it is important to know your gross income. It is your total yearly or monthly income before any taxes are deducted. Banks and lenders use this calculation to determine the loan amount you can afford. Keep in mind that this is always higher than your 'net pay' or 'take-home' pay -- which is the money you have to spend after government taxes. No, unlike a lot of car dealers, giving out your SIN is not mandatory to be Approved with FFUN Cars. Save that for somewhere down the line when you are more comfortable with us and have found the car of your dreams

Absolutely. If you hit the jackpot and come into some extra cash, feel free to pay off your auto loan in full. Makes no difference to us. You can even call the bank to increase your payments if you like. The choice is up to you. We love to live life in the fast lane.

Calculating interest is…interesting. In its simplest form, interest is calculated by multiplying the principal loan amount by your interest rate by the time period of the loan.

But every day that calculation changes. This is the complicated kind of topic we let hotshot bankers deal with or use the next best thing, consult with our trusty friend Google. Your best bet is to do the same.

You have the option to pick the dates you want to make your payments. Most people set it up to happen just after their payday.

If you want to get technical, banks usually set up a condition for bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payments. That condition is simple: your first payment needs to happen between 14 and 21 days after you have signed the contract that defined your loan terms.

If it is set up as a monthly payment, then the numbers for your first payment change to 30 and 45 days from when you first sign.

Remember, you can always call us or your lender to setup up new dates once you have made your first payment. It's usually a pretty flexible process.

That one is easy. If it is your personal bank, just log online and find all of your details there. If your loan was through a different bank than you normally deal with, just give them a call or ask one of our Customer Experience Specialis and they can walk you through it. Financial institutions are great that way. You should have no trouble at all viewing the details, transferring money, or having someone give you the info you need.

This is a common question, and actually pretty simple. We pay off your old loan and your remaining balance can be added to your current payment plan. How great is that!

Nope, not if you do not want to. But in some cases to qualify for specific vehicles or programs, the bank may require a down payment. If you have some extra cash laying around it will help lower your payments. Just keep in mind, the minimum banks usually finance is around $7,500, so use that magic down payment to your advantage.

Nope. Not if you don't want to. But if you choose to finance outside of FFUN Cars, you may need to do a few extra things for your loan, including hitting up your local bank branch to sign all the loan documents and other paperwork.

First off, congrats on having excellent credit. We are sorry you don't love the interest rate as much as you love our cars. Our rate of 7.99% is the most common one we provide online. With online offers, we do confirm the condition of the vehicle in person and the only time the offer changes, when done online, is if the vehicle is in a different condition from the information you supplied.

You have seven days to cash in on your offer by bringing your vehicle in during business hours or making an appointment. At that point, we will confirm the condition of the vehicle, do up the final paperwork, and you'll be on your way with a cheque in hand.

At FFUN Cars, it's all about the car buying (and selling) process, your way. If you would prefer us to come pick-up your vehicle, we're happy to do that, location dependant. Chat with one of our representatives to coordinate, or at anytime, bring your vehicle to a FFUN Cars location.

Well, we can't give up all of our secrets. But the long and short of it, is we take all the information you provide about your vehicle such as the year, make, model, and odometer reading, look through the vehicle history report and then compare it with the current market value. Once you bring your vehicle in, we do an additional inspection to look for any incidentals or potential repairs that may have been missed in the initial input. Outside of that, our technology does the talking!

You only need the following items when you're ready to complete the sale of your car, not to get an offer.

  • The title on the vehicle showing any amount stlil owing
  • Current vehicle registration
  • Government ID for all owners
  • Any sets of keys and remotes

Once you've brought your vehicle in and we've finalized all the paperwork, you will have a check in hand within 24 hours.

If you own the car, there are a few points below to review. If you do not own the car, time to make nice with your neighbour. Either way, our friendly Customer Guide will assist you through the process once you have completed your online submission. Some of the information we will need includes:

  • Send us pictures of the odometer
  • Send us pictures of the Driver's Licence(s) of the owner(s) of your old car (front and back). Make sure the corners are visible -- no blurry or obstructed pictures, please.
  • Share a copy of the registration and lienholder info.
  • Anyone listed as an owner also needs to be there upon delivery.
  • If you have a lien on your vehicle, send us a picture of your vehicle's 10-day payoff statement and the registration card. Again, please make sure all the corners of these documents are totally clear and visible.
  • If your old car is actually in the negative, you'll need to send a picture of a certified cheque of the negative equity (front and back).

We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but basically it means your car is worth less than the loan you have on it. This can happen with long-term loans. Think about it this way. If you have a loan for $15,000, but your vehicle is only worth $12,000 at trade -in, then you have a negative equity of $3, 000. You'd have to trade in the vehicle and pay the outstanding amount.

No rules, as long as your used vehicle is newer than 1992 and has a working odometer. We just need to be able to take it for a test drive before we can accept.

And if you are feeling really lucky, let us know if you have other items you might want to trade-in or sell as well. Automobiles, trailers, boats, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, campers, scooters, even an electric bicycle will be considered, but may not be accepted.

The more the merrier. But keep in mind that only one vehicle can be traded-in at one time on the site. We would gladly make accommodations to trade-in multiple vehicles though. In that instance, just reach out by phone, text or email directly to our Customer Guide and they can build that into your deal. Or if you want to simply cash in on another vehicle you do not need anymore, you can sell it to us for money. Real money you can spend -- or further use with your trade-in.

No problem. We don't sell your car as soon as you sell it to us. Your 7 Day Moneyback guarantee is still in place, so if you want to buy it back, it will be here waiting for you during that time.

This one usually gets cleared up in a short chat with one of our Customer Experience Specialis, by phone, text or email. So reach out, and let's talk about delivery options that will keep you from paying any more than you have to.

Be aware that anything over 150 KM from our location will likely incur, at cost, transportation charges around $1 per additional KM..

Bank draft, cheque, or EFT (electronic funds transfer) are all available methods of payment for you. Since we are a little tech savvy, the EFT is actually most preferable. In that case the funds go directly into your checking account and those payments typically deposit within just a few days of us receiving your car. But we are happy to stick with ole fashioned cheque, in this case delivered in-person or by mail if it is best for you. As long as the condition matches what you submitted online to us, then you get the amount we agreed on. If not, we may need to tweak the amount to reflect any depreciation of your vehicle you did not include in your original submission (wear and tear, damage, etc.).

It's actually pretty simple. As the dealer, we'll pay off your old debt and add it to your current payment plan with us for your new car. Meaning your old loan gets combined with your new loan to create one super powered loan. And when you pay that off, all loans are done at once. How great is that!

Don't panic. This happens a lot with pre-existing loans. Basically, financial institutions need 10 days to adjust to your new car loan and recognize that we are completely paying off your old one. Once they get their ducks in a row, they will see they have an "overpayment" and reimburse you. So do not worry just yet. If it's not straightened out after 10 days, just contact them (or us) to help you out.

No, it is even better! If you have been shopping your vehicle around you have probably stumbled across Canadian Black Book values. They are littered all over most dealership websites and considered the consensus value for vehicles across the country. They even have a cousin down south called Kelley Blue Book that does car valuations for the American market. At FFUN Cars, we believe in creating technology to do everything a little differently, and that includes giving you the best online value for your vehicle you will find anywhere. Generally, we stick with a good ole fashioned cheque. How it works is, a rep will meet you when they pick-up or when you drop off your ride. If the condition matches what you submitted online to us, then you get the amount we agreed on. If not, we may need to tweak the amount to reflect any depreciation of your vehicle that was not included in the original submission.

No biggie, just remember, latest offer voids any previous offers on the same vehicle.

Short answer, yes! The longer answer, you'll have to see what's available in your area. Our main hub as of now is in British Columbia, serving the Vancouver market, but really anywhere in the province. Most of our vehicles can be purchased across Western Canada, you will just have to cover the, at cost, shipping charges for anything over 150 KM to get them to you. Once you get to Ontario, Quebec and even those awesome little provinces off the coast it gets a bit more complicated. But if you love the process, we would love to work with you.

We follow all current government guidelines and will adjust our protocols as they do. In the meantime, here are some of the measures we have in place:

  • Social distancing during in-person interactions
  • Wiping down keys, steering wheel and other common elements in every car using sanitizing wipes
  • Private appointments booked as often as possible to reduce the likelihood of unnecessary interactions between customers

If your delivery point is within 150 KM of our location your delivery is free, we just need to sort out the perfect time for our truck to come bring you your new ride. If it is beyond that distance, then you may experience some additional charges, around $1 per KM over the initial 150 KM. But we can assure you that is just the cost of shipping the vehicle itself. We don't tack on any extra fees to you.

For those on the island, our delivery team will meet you for pick-up at the ferry terminal, mainland side and that delivery will be free.

If you change your mind, just reach out and we will set up an exchange or refund. We are here to help. The only time we might be a bit rigid is for anyone who might be thinking about going across the country and back in less than 7 days -- but who can manage that, anyway!

We do not believe in fine print here, so just keep in mind your test drive is valid up to an 800 KM limit from delivery or pick-up. There are no additional charges incurred to retrieve a returned vehicle.

However, any cosmetic damages greater than $300 will be charged back to the customer. And the initial delivery fee, if there was one, is non-refundable.

In most cases, customers have no problems with their returns. But there are some extreme cases that might affect your ability to return your vehicle for the price you paid. Here are some examples:

  • You have driven more than 800 KMs
  • You have modified the vehicle (interior or exterior)
  • You have been in an accident
  • You have involved this vehicle in an encumbrance (a fancy term for placed a security or loan on it beyond the financing we have already done for you
  • Lastly, this will not affect your ability to return, but if there are cosmetic damages greater than $300 found on the vehicle, unfortunately those will have to be paid by you, the consumer

We will contact you periodically through your 7 day risk-free test drive to see how things are going. But if you are thinking it is not right for you, just reach out to a Customer Guide by chat, call, text or email. We will ask for your purchase details, so keep them on-hand. From there, we will work with you to pickup your current ride and replace with a vehicle you really want or refund your money.

Delivery

Speed and safety are the name of our delivery game. Here are the few things you can expect:

  • Courtesy call: be sure to keep your phone on hand because we will be calling to let you know when it's ready
  • We will sanitize the vehicle: from the steering wheel and keys to the main parts of the interior, we make sure germs don't carpool with you on the way home
  • Double-checking the paperwork: we take a closer look at the details and get those final signatures so you can take your new ride for a spin

This one needs you to be there in-person. You have done all the work so far and for pesky legal reasons we can only release the vehicle to that same person. However, we do encourage you to invite your friends and neighbours, even the ones you don't like, to come out and see the delivery. It is a great time to brag. If you really cannot make it, probably is best to just reschedule a better time.

That is usually up to you. We will have a few things that we HAVE to do…pesky legal things like finalizing paperwork, and then we want to show you around the vehicle. Would plan on an hour, but most likely will be 30 minutes. It can be done as quickly as you can sign your name.

You bet, delivery will not cost you a thing if you are within the range of our delivery zone. That is within 150 KM of your nearest location. We are not the type to charge unnecessary fees, so if your residence is beyond 150 KM we charge a minimal, at cost, transportation charge around $1 per additional KM.

For those on the island, our delivery team will meet you for pick-up at the ferry terminal (mainland side) and that delivery will be free.

We definitely can. While we are based in Western Canada, there are some things we might be able to work out with you. Just reach out to one of our Customer Experience Specialis by chat, call, text or email if you are looking for delivery outside of British Columbia and other parts of Western Canada.

Ahh, shucks, unfortunately, if you're a dealership, you don't qualify for FREE delivery. We get it, dealerships and the public love our incredible pricing, but our FREE delivery is reserved for general customers.

No worries, that's why we have the 7-day risk-free test drive. When your car is delivered to you, feel free to look it over completely. You can also stop in at our Showroom before purchasing it.

Pickup

Similar to delivery, we have enhanced our methods to accommodate for a quick, safe delivery. Here is what you can expect:

Warranty

Even after your 7 day moneyback guarantee, you are still covered. A limited warranty, called FFUN Cars Care is provided on all vehicles. It includes coverage of basic and powertrain parts and is valid for 90 days or 3,000 KMs -- whichever comes first. If you are unsure or need more information, just reach out, and we would be happy to help. With a limited warranty, you are not covered for things like: cosmetic & accidental damage, replaceable parts, wear and tear or maintenance.

Most of our vehicles are new enough model years that they will carry some existing manufacturers warranty. Our Customer Experience Specialis will gladly share this information with you. If a repair is imminent, you will need to go to the listed repair facility on the manufacturer's warranty. After they take a look, let them know to reach out to us if there is a repair that is not covered. Just reach out to our Customer Guide and we can try to help.

As part of our delivery process we will conduct a walkaround of the vehicle with you. At this time, you can point out any minor cosmetic blemishes, bumps or bruises. If somehow we miss something during this time you can always reach out to our Customer Experience Specialis by chat, text, phone or email. We will walk you through submitting any pictures of imperfections or damage that you did not know about before buying your vehicle. From there, we can either make the repair, or you can always return your vehicle if it is within your 7 day moneyback guarantee., Remember, all of our vehicles receive a thorough inspection before you ever lay eyes on it. What's the difference between the three FFUN Cars Care Warranties? We keep it simple. With each of our three FFUN Cars Care warranties, your coverage is the same, only the length of the term changes. If you tend to drive more than the average 20,000km per year or plan to keep your vehicle longer than 2 years, go with more extended coverage to keep you and your vehicle protected.

Great question. Every vehicle comes with a FREE 90 day/3,000 KM FFUN Cars Care warranty. You'll see the extended warranty options built right into the check-out process. It's easy; once you select Cash or Finance and tell us about your trade-in (if you have one), you'll see the Compact, Mid-Size, and Full-Size options.

Well, yay, that's awesome! Not that you need repairs; that you still have the manufacturer's warranty. We advise you to take it to a local manufacturer repair shop to have it assessed. Anything that isn't covered, one of our Customer Experience Specialis will be happy to help.

We certainly do our best to ensure you and your vehicle are covered. But (sorry) there are some things that aren't covered under the limited warranty such as, replaceable parts like tires, brakes, batteries, etc., cosmetic damages, general maintenance, i.e., oil changes. Speak with one of our Customer Experience Specialis to get all the details.

We provide a 24-hour insurance permit on all of our delivered vehicles. This gives you extra time to pop by your nearest ICBC broker to transfer the vehicle into your name. If you are trading, we will transfer your current plates to your new ride and ICBC gives you 10 days to stop in and transfer the details. We provide all the documents necessary for you to add insurance seamlessly.

Decided you want to take advantage of the 7-day return, no problem. When we pick up the vehicle, we will give you back the plate. You can then let ICBC know to cancel the insurance and return the new plate. OR if you decide you want to exchange vehicles, we will drop off the new one, transfer the plate and your 10 day allows starts then. Pretty easy eh?
